These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the VelPets website and the purchase of products offered by VelPets ('we', 'us', 'our'). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

•       Payment is processed securely via PayPal. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

All content on the VelPets website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of VelPets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VelPets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
